Specializing in Human Resource reorganization and strategic workforce solutions, Kimberly holds an MBA in Human Resources and excels at enhancing organizational design, driving efficiency, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Her expertise spans every aspect of HR, from talent acquisition and compliance to performance management and employee engagement.
As a seasoned Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator, Kimberly has developed a deep understanding of workplace equity and conflict resolution, seamlessly integrating these skills into her HR strategies.
